STEEL. Folded steel is the secret of Lavaridge's smiths--as well as other secrets besides. Each point of steel can be spent to double an army's point-value for a battle.

MT CHIMNEY. Each Mt. Chimney point can be spent to cause the volcano to erupt towards an enemy on Hoenn mainland. The lava floes can be perfectly controlled to only strike one place, and Lavaridge can safely evacuate their people. Any assets the enemy invested into the invasion are annihilated. Locked.
